As many of you know, The Pink Giraffe is based in Nashville, TN. Our hearts are broken over the immense loss that has occurred as a result of the flood that took place here on May 1st. Our studio suffered 3 inches of water, but we feel so fortunate to have such minimal damage. One of our very own here at TPG was deeply affected. Lisa, our precious artist who produces the beautiful canvases sold on our website, and her family suffered tragic damage to their home. It is hard to convey through words, so I am including pictures so you can see the damage.

It is one thing to watch something like this on TV, such as I did with Katrina in New Orleans.
